Her leadership roles at esteemed health facilities, including Crossroads and BrightView Health, coupled with her clinical oversight at Hickory Recovery Network and Acadia Healthcare, highlight her profound impact on the field. Megan’s expertise and commitment to clinical excellence drive the compassionate and high-quality care 4Star Guidance is renowned for.
Keisha Key

At the helm of 4Star Guidance is President Keisha Key, whose academic achievements in Business Administration from Belle Haven University are matched by her heartfelt commitment to community activism. With a career deeply rooted in the administrative aspects of counseling, Keisha's true passion emerges in her advocacy for underprivileged and abused children and women. As a community organizer, Keisha is instrumental in the development and mobilization of resources for at-risk populations. Her extensive involvement with non-profits and associations is a testament to her dedication to bringing about significant change, making her a formidable force in fostering community resilience and empowerment.
Christopher Key
Founder + Board Member
Chris Key is the dynamic Executive Director at 4Star Guidance, where his robust expertise in both criminal justice and counseling has become the cornerstone of his leadership. A respected figure since 2006, Chris's strategic management of behavioral healthcare facilities is driven by his Master’s in Counseling from North Carolina Central. His success is far-reaching, with Chris being a sought-after consultant for behavioral health centers nationwide, looking to emulate his effective business model. He is the architect of a widely-implemented policy manual that has set the standard for operational excellence across various states including North Carolina, Florida, Mississippi, and Louisiana.
Joseph Lewis
Senior Director + Chief Operating Officer
Joseph “Mr. Joe” Lewis, our Chief Operations Officer at 4Star Guidance, boasts an impressive record of enhancing community relations and spearheading client recruitment initiatives. With a rich background in Medicaid and managed care sectors, Joseph has mastered the intricacies of the credentialing process, medical billing, and the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures. His comprehensive experience not only strengthens our operational framework but also reinforces our commitment to excellence in client service and healthcare management.
Timothy Chandler
Manager of Day Treatment Services
Timothy Chandler, a native of Louisville Kentucky has a passion for innovative and sustainable programming catered toward high risk populations. Mr. Chandler's unique approach has garnered success in multiple clinical settings such as addiction's, children and families and school based support. He is a licensed social worker (LSW) and CSW (Clinical Social Worker). His 20+ career extends beyond social work but also management experience for several fortune 500 companies. Mr. Chandler has a Bachelor's of Social Work degree at Campbellsville University and a Master's of Social work Degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. Mr Chandler has been married to Amanda Chandler for 12 years and has 6 children and 5 grandchildren.

Derrick Jackson
Manager of Day Treatment (Firehouse)
Derrick Jackson is the Manager of Day Treatment at 4Star Guidance at our Firehouse location, where he provides strategic leadership and oversight within behavioral health services.
With a background in psychology and sociology, Derrick brings a thoughtful, person-centered approach to treatment, team development, and client care. He is committed to fostering supportive environments that promote growth, accountability, and positive outcomes for both clients and staff.

Ryan stands as the esteemed Chairman of the Board for 4Star Guidance. He brings a wealth of experience in startup consultancy and capital fundraising. Based in DC, his strategic insights have been pivotal in securing necessary funding for several startup turned industry-leading companies. Ryan is a double force for the team, also possessing a strong background in digital marketing and product strategy. His visionary leadership and expert guidance have been instrumental in securing the funding and exposure needed to continue to steer 4Star Guidance towards its mission of providing exceptional pediatric mental health and behavioral health services. His passion for innovation and growth is matched by his commitment to ethical and effective business practices, making him a venerated leader in the industry.
MJ Caoagas
Chief of Staff + Project Manager
MJ joined the team in the fall of 2023 after working in an emergency department in southeast Michigan for five years. His time as a medical professional caring for people from all walks of life, in addition to working as a P.M. for several start-ups in past years, enables him to use his experience to seamlessly guide and lead future endeavors for the company.
His personal ties to mental health struggles developed an unwavering dedication to assist those who feel as if what is in front of them in challenging times is final. MJ's belief in our youth is displayed in the patience, trust, and care he places in not only the company but in our young clients as well.

Kailey Hills
Program Coordinator Day Treatment Services
Kailey Hills is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student originally from Chicago, Illinois, with a strong academic foundation and a passion for social justice–oriented mental health care. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee after transferring from the University of Louisville, where her academic interests solidified around counseling, advocacy, and relational healing.
She is currently completing her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with an anticipated graduation date of May 2026. Throughout her graduate training, she has remained deeply engaged in both academic excellence and professional leadership. Kailey is a member of Chi Sigma Iota, the International Honor Society for Counselors, and serves on the executive board of Counselors for Social Justice, where she collaborate with peers to promote equity, inclusion, and ethical advocacy within the counseling profession.
Her professional interests include trauma-informed care, relational and systemic approaches to mental health, and working with individuals and communities impacted by social and structural inequities. Kailey is committed to providing compassionate, ethical, and culturally responsive care while continuing to grow as a clinician, advocate, and lifelong learner.

At 4Star Guidance, Robert focuses on operational excellence, program structure, and quality improvement initiatives that support individuals with autism and their families. He works closely with leadership teams to strengthen day-to-day operations, enhance service consistency, and ensure programs are designed to meet both clinical standards and real-world family needs. His approach emphasizes clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement to create environments where staff and participants can thrive.
Robert has extensive experience developing scalable operational frameworks, managing cross-functional teams, and aligning services with regulatory, funding, and reimbursement requirements. He is particularly skilled at translating complex processes into practical workflows that improve outcomes, reduce administrative burden, and support long-term organizational stability.
Known for his collaborative leadership style, Robert partners closely with clinicians, administrators, and external stakeholders to identify gaps, solve problems, and implement solutions that improve quality of care while maintaining financial and operational discipline. His experience across operations, compliance, and strategic planning makes him a trusted leader in guiding 4 Star Guidance’s growth and long-term vision.
