At 4 Star Guidance, our mission is to provide compassionate, community-centered behavioral health services for children and adolescents facing emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. We support families through comprehensive care that addresses multiple life domains, including transportation, meals, and more. We specialize in helping children with ADD, ADHD, ODD, trauma, and other behavioral issues, delivering holistic interventions that foster resilience, growth, and overall well-being.

In May 2025, 4Star Guidance was acquired by Capital Health Ventures (CHV), a long-established family office with deep ties to global healthcare. CHV is proud to maintain the momentum built by our team and is working hard to expand the organization’s reach while preserving our mission, culture, and standards of care.

4 Star Guidance is licensed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky for the following Services: Screening; assessment; crisis intervention; day treatment; individual, group, family, and collateral outpatient therapy; service planning; assertive community treatment for mental health disorders; comprehensive community support services; therapeutic rehabilitation program for an adult with a serious mental illness or child with a severe emotional disability; targeted case management.
