At 4Star Guidance, we know mental health care goes beyond therapy sessions. Many of the children and families we help deal with real challenges like food insecurity, unstable housing, trouble getting around, and navigating complicated systems. Our Targeted Case Management (TCM) services support families in their everyday lives.
By focusing on the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH), our TCM team helps remove these barriers so children can move past survival mode and take part in therapy, learning, and daily life.

To ensure consistency in care, we provide transportation to and from our Day Treatment program so your child never misses a day of support.

School meetings can feel confusing. We sit with you at ARC and IEP meetings and speak up for your child, so the school plan and the therapy plan work together.
Housing & Community Support
Direct assistance connecting families with trusted local organizations for housing security, utility assistance, and broader community programs.
Hygiene and Personal Dignity
Tailored access to hygiene essentials, personal care products, and laundry support so your child can step into school and their community feeling clean, confident, and valued.
Caregiver Job Assistance
Hands-on assistance helping parents and caregivers search for employment, access workforce readiness resources, and navigate community aid programs to support long-term economic stability.
